葵花饼替代豆粕对杂交山羊屠宰性能和胴体性状的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本研究通过对胴体数量性状的评价,确定杂交山羊中葵花籽饼替代豆粕的适宜水平。试验选择32头4月龄、平均体重为(15.12±3.10)kg的杂交山羊,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头羊。各组分别饲喂0、33%、66%和100%葵花粕替代豆粕的日粮。试验结束时对山羊进行屠宰。结果:各处理对各评价指标的均值均显著无影响(P>0.05),其中屠体重为21.78 kg,热胴体重为8.65 kg,冷胴体重为8.59 kg,热胴体产量为40.27%,冷胴体产量为39.20%,眼肌面积为7.73 cm^2,胴体外部长度为46.74 cm,胴体内部长度为45.68 cm,腿长度为36.92 cm,腿周长为26.04 cm,屠体密实指数为0.20,腿部肌肉重量占比为68.48%,腿部脂肪占比为2.79%,腿部皮下脂肪占比55.19%,骨头占比28.82%,股骨重量为81.66 g,股骨长度为14.88 cm,腿部肌肉量指数为0.38,肌肉与骨头量比值为2.53,肌肉与脂肪比值为33.42。结论:基于胴体性状的评价指标结果,本研究建议在不改变胴体数量性状的情况下,杂交山羊日粮中葵花饼替代豆粕的水平可以达到100%。 In this study,the appropriate level of sunflower seed cake replacing soybean meal in hybrid goats was determined through the evaluation of carcass quantitative traits.Thirty-two four-month-old crossbred goats with an average weight of 15.12±3.10 kg were randomly divided into four groups,each with 8 replicates and 1 sheep per replicate.Each group was fed a diet of 0,33%,66%and 100%sunflower meal instead of soybean meal.At the end of the experiment,the goats were slaughtered.Results:Each treatment had no effect on average of every evaluation index are(P>0.05),the tu weight is 21.78 kg,hot body weight is 8.65 kg,cold body weight is 8.59 kg,hot carcass yield is 40.27%,cold carcass yield is 39.20%,eye muscle area of 7.73 cm^2,carcass external length is 46.74 cm,inside the body length is 45.68 cm,leg length is 36.92 cm,leg circumference of 26.04 cm,carcass compact index is 0.20,the leg muscles weight 68.48%,Leg fat accounted for 2.79%,subcutaneous fat accounted for 55.19%,bone accounted for 28.82%,femur weight was 81.66g,femur length was 14.88cm,leg muscle mass index was 0.38,the ratio of muscle to bone mass was 2.53,and the ratio of muscle to fat was 33.42.Conclusion:based on the evaluation index results of carcass traits,this study suggests that the level of sunflower cake replacing soybean meal in hybrid goat diet can reach 100%without changing carcass quantitative traits.
