摘要
造成普职沟通实践困境的根本原因是双方育人价值取向的错位。通过劳动育人寻求普职沟通的价值锚点,在客观上可以减少因职业属性而产生的沟通阻力。对"五育"体系中的"劳",宜理解为综合的育人形态,即劳动育人。劳动育人是普通教育和职业教育的共同特征,它构成了普职沟通的价值基础。普通教育和职业教育在劳动育人的目的、内容和实施等方面既有共性也存在差异。普职双方的劳动教育资源分配并非是一个均衡的状态,促进普职双方在劳动育人精神资源、课程资源、制度资源及平台资源等层面的共享,是普职沟通的实践旨归。
The root cause of the dilemma of integration between general education and vocational education is the dislocation of educational value orientation of both sides.To find value anchor by labor educating can reduce the integration resistance due to occupational attributes.The labor education should be understood as a comprehensive cultivation form.Labor education is common feature of general education and vocational education.There are both similarities and differences between general education and vocational education on the purpose,content and implementation of labor education.It is not a equilibrium state between general education and vocational education on the allocation of the labor education resources.The practice purpose of integration between general education and vocational education is promoting the sharing of labor education resources,curriculum resources,system resources and platform resources.
