Classroom Teaching Reform of Adult Education Based on the Educational Concept of"Happy Learning"

成人教育教学改革是促进成人教育可持续发展的重要途径,而"乐学"教育理念能使课堂教学充满生命活力,形成教师乐教、学生乐学的良好教学状态。基于乐学教育理念,针对成人教育课堂教学中存在的问题,探索成人教育课堂教学改革的策略,有利于推进成人教育可持续发展,更好地发挥成人教育在高素质人才培养中的作用。

The teaching reform of adult education is an important way to promote the sustainable development of adult education.The educational concept of"happy learning"can make classroom teaching full of vitality and form a good teaching state of teachers’happy teaching and students’happy learning.Based on the educational concept of"happy learning",aiming at the problems existing in the classroom teaching of adult education,this paper explored the strategies of classroom teaching reform of adult education,which is conducive to promote the sustainable development of adult education and better play the role of adult education in the cultivation of highquality talents.
