摘要
立足于"互联网+"视角审视乡村成人教育学习生态圈,其应然状态是学习主体之间互相尊重、学习内容丰富适切、学习环境内外联通。但反观现实,目前的乡村成人教育学习生态圈存在着一些现实问题:学习主体层面上的熟人圈层固化、学习内容上现代化知识与乡土知识的疏离、学习环境单一而又庞杂等。进一步探析发现,其缘由在于:乡村成人学习主体的观念固化、学习内容中对本土知识的忽视、学习环境上对乡土环境管理的陌生化等。基于此,探讨其具体的超越路径为:从外部构建整个乡村成人教育生态圈的良好环境;从内部促进机制变革,拓宽乡村成人的认知世界,融合乡村成人的学习内容,构建开放共享的学习环境,最终促进乡村成人教育学习生态圈的建设与发展。
Based on the"Internet plus"perspective to examine the rural adult education learning ecosystem,its proper state is mutual respect among learning subjects,rich learning contents,and linking learning environment internally and externally.However,looking back on the reality,there are some practical problems in the current rural adult education learning ecosystem:the solidification of the circle of acquaintances at the learning subject level,the alienation of modern knowledge and local knowledge in the learning content,and the single and complex learning environment.Further analysis showed that the reasons are:the concept of rural adult learning subject is solidified,the local knowledge is ignored in the learning content,and the management of local environment is defamiliarized in the learning environment.Based on this,this paper discussed the specific path of transcendence:from the outside to build a good environment for the whole rural adult education ecosystem;from the internal to promote mechanism reform,broaden the rural adult’s cognitive world,integrate the rural adult’s learning content,build an open and shared learning environment,and finally promote the construction and development of rural adult education learning ecosystem.
