摘要
美国社区学院在兼职教师的聘任资格、岗前培训、教学评估、激励机制等方面具有成熟的管理经验,为美国高等职业教育的发展奠定了基础。我国高职院校可以学习美国社区学院兼职教师的管理经验,规范兼职教师的聘任资格,加强职前职后一体化培训,健全教学评估和激励机制,不断规范和完善对兼职教师的管理,提升师资队伍的管理水平。
American community colleges have mature management experience in appointment qualification,pre service training,teaching evaluation and incentive mechanism of part-time teachers,which lays the foundation for the development of American higher vocational education.China’s higher vocational colleges can learn from the experience of the management of part-time teachers in American community colleges,such as standardizing the appointment qualification of part-time teachers,strengthening the integrated training before and after service,improving the teaching evaluation and incentive mechanism,constantly standardizing to improve the management of part-time teachers.
