生物电治疗压力性尿失禁的盆底超声评估

摘要 目的经会阴盆底超声对压力性尿失禁(SUI)诊疗提供影像学依据。方法选取就诊于云南省第一人民医院妇科的50例压力性尿失禁患者,进行盆底生物反馈电治疗前后经会阴超声观察前盆腔组织结构的位置及活动度变化。结果经会阴超声检测得到的治疗前后膀胱颈距离、膀胱后壁距离、膀胱尿道后角、尿道旋转角差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论超声在SUI治疗过程中能够提供可靠的影像数据,在SUI的诊疗中具有非常重要的意义。 Objective To provide imaging evidence for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence by perineal pelvic floor ultrasound(SUI).Methods We selected 50 patients with stress urinary incontinence who were admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province.The position and activity of the pelvic tissue structure were observed before and after pelvic biofeedback electrotherapy.Result The posterior bladder wall distance,the posterior bladder urethral angle,and the urethral rotation angle had statistically significant differences between before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that ultrasound could be used during SUI treatment to provide reliable image data.Conclusion Pelvic floor ultrasound is of great importance in the diagnosis and treatment of SUI.
