骨科康复一体化模式对全膝关节置换术后功能恢复的临床研究

Clinical Study of Functional Recovery after Total Knee Arthroplasty with Integrated Orthopedic Rehabilitation Model

目的探讨骨科康复一体化模式对全膝关节置换手术后功能恢复的影响。方法选取因膝关节炎进行全膝关节置换手术的52例患者,随机分为常规恢复对照组和骨科康复一体化模式观察组,每组各26例。手术后6个月,采用数字评估量表(nume ricrating scale,NRS)评估两组患者疼痛程度;采用膝关节功能恢复评分表(?hospital for special surgery,HSS)评定膝关节恢复情况;量角器评估关节活动度(active range of motion,AROM)功能恢复情况。结果与治疗前相比治疗后两组患者NRS评分显著减低(P<0.05),其中观察组的下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比治疗后两组患者HSS评分显著增高(P<0.05),其中观察组的增高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比治疗后两组患者AROM功能评分显著增高(P<0.05),其中观察组的增高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科康复一体化模式能促进全膝关节置换手术患者膝关节功能的恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation integration model in department of orthopedics on functional recovery after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 52 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty for knee arthritis were randomly divided into the conventional recovery control group and the orthopedic rehabilitation integrated observation group,with 26 cases in each group.Six months after surgery,the NRS evaluation form was used to assess the pain level of the two groups;the HSS score sheet was used to assess knee recovery;the protractor was used to assess the recovery of joint activity(AROM)function.Results Compared with before treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the HSS scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the increase of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the AROM function scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the increase of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation integration model in department of orthopedics can promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.
