医护一体工作模式在预防外科入院患者静脉血栓栓塞症发生中的应用

Application of Integrated Medical Care Mode in the Prevention of Venous Thromboembolism(vte)in Surgical Inpatients

目的探讨医护一体工作模式在预防外科入院患者静脉血栓栓塞症发生中的应用。方法将600例患者用随机数字表法分成2组,对照组采用常规护理模式护理,实验组采用医护一体工作模式护理。结果实验组在住院期间DVT发生率、PTE发生率、致死或致残率、总VTE发生率、平均住院日、住院费用均低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体工作模式的应用降低外科入院患者静脉血栓栓塞症的发生。

Objective To explore the application of integrated medical care mode in the prevention of venous thromboembolism in hospitalized surgical patients.Methods A total of 600 patients were divided into 2 groups by random number table.The control group received routine nursing care and the experimental group received integrated nursing care.Results The incidence of DVT,the incidence of PTE,the fatality rate or disability rate,the total incidence of VTE,the average length of stay,and the hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated medical care work mode can reduce the incidence of venous thromboembolism in hospitalized patients.
