摘要
本实验通过半连续乳液聚合方法合成了核壳型苯丙乳胶并配成漆,探究了耐擦洗性能的影响因素:玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、乳胶粒径、乳化剂类型和丙烯酸总量。实验结果表明乳胶Tg为26℃,采用乳化剂A-102且粒径(直径)在137.1 nm左右、体系中丙烯酸含量占单体总量在3.0%时耐擦洗效果最优。
In this experiment, a core-shell styrene-acrylic latex was synthesized through semi-continuous emulsion polymerization and turned into coatings. The factors influencing scrub resistance were investigated: glass transition temperature(Tg), latex particle size, emulsifier type, and total amount of acrylic acid. The experimental results show that when the latex’s Tg is 26 ℃, emulsifier A-102 is used, the particle size(diameter) is about 137.1 nm, and the acrylic content in the system accounts for 3.0% of the total amount of monomers, the scrub resistance effect is the best.
