疫情下要坚决打赢疫情防控阻击战,全力保障人民群众正常生活,精心组织企业有序生产,保安全保畅通保稳定,严纪律强督查促落实,加强人力资源管理。要控制危险源,划定警戒区,实行交通管制。暂关暂停公共场所、文娱场所、文娱活动。严查未戴口罩、扰乱秩序等行为。严查隐瞒、缓报、谎报等行为。严查拒绝隔离、擅自逃脱等行为。严惩明知感染恶意传播等行为。严禁侵犯医务人员人身安全或者人格尊严、扰乱医疗机构秩序的行为。严查擅自复工、开学的行为。

Under the epidemic situation,we should resolutely win the prevention and control of the epidemic,fully guarantee the normal life of the people,carefully organize the orderly production of enterprises,ensure the safety,smooth flow and stability,strictly discipline,strengthen supervision and implementation,and strengthen human resource management.It is necessary to control the sources of danger,delimit warning areas and implement traffic control.Temporarily close and suspend public places,cultural and recreational places and activities.Strictly check the behaviors such as not wearing masks and disturbing the order.We will strictly investigate such acts as concealment,delayed reporting and false reporting.Strictly check the behaviors such as refusing to isolate and escaping without permission.We will severely punish those who knowingly spread the infection.It is strictly prohibited to infringe upon the personal safety or dignity of medical personnel or disturb the order of medical institutions.We will strictly check the behavior of returning to work or starting school without permission.
