In the process of rapid social and economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises also began to implement modernization management.Paying attention to the construction of internal management system is helpful to improve the internal supervision and restriction effect of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the internal control management system of small and medium-sized enterprises,and proposes measures to strengthen internal control,so as to improve the internal management effect of small and medium-sized enterprises.
