摘要
在中央加快推进事业单位改革的新形势下,事业单位的人事管理面临严峻的外部环境压力。小规模事业单位存在人事管理方式单一、人才队伍结构不合理、人事管理不规范等问题,论文对此进行了“解剖麻雀式”的分析,并提出了解决的对策。
Under the new situation of accelerating the reform of public institutions by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the personnel management of public institutions is facing severe external pressure.There are some problems existing in small-scale public institutions,such as the single mode of personnel management,the unreasonable structure of talent team,the non-standard personnel management and so on.This paper analyzes the problems in the form of"typical case"and puts forward the solving countermeasures.
