Some Problems Existing in Enterprise Financial Management and Suggestions

在我国市场经济不断推进的过程中,企业在经济发展中占据着重要地位。要实现发展目标,企业就要加大对内部财务管理工作的重视,对当前的财务管理中存在的问题进行理性分析,并从企业的实际出发,制定出合理的解决对策,促进企业发展。论文针对当前企业财务管理中经常存在的几方面问题进行了简要分析,并提出相关建议以供探讨。

In the continuous development process of China's market economy,enterprises occupy an important position in the economic development.In order to realize the development goal,the enterprise must pay more attention to the internal financial management work,carry on the rational analysis to the current problems existing in financial management,and proceed from the enterprise's reality,formulate the reasonable countermeasures,so as to promote the development of enterprises.This paper makes a brief analysis of several problems existing in the current financial management of enterprises,and puts forward some relevant suggestions for discussion.
