一个企业想要稳定地发展,就要充分调动企业党员的积极主动性与创造性,使企业党员可以发挥出模范作用。若想强化企业党员队伍建设,就需要企业从基层组织开始建设,从而发挥出党建工作的优势。也就是说,需要企业提高党员队伍对于理论基础知识与科学知识的掌握度,推进思想政治建设。论文以如何强化企业党员队伍建设为研究核心,提出一定的建议,以期对企业建设提供一定的助力。

If an enterprise wants to develop stably,it is necessary to fully mobilize the active initiative and creativity of its Party members,so that they can play an exemplary role.If we want to strengthen the construction of Party members team in enterprises,we need enterprises to start from the grass-roots organizations,so as to give play to the advantages of Party building.In other words,enterprises need to improve the Party members'mastery of theoretical basic knowledge and scientific knowledge and promote ideological and political construction.This paper focuses on how to strengthen the construction of Party members team in enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions,so as to provide some assistance to the construction of enterprises.
