摘要
人工智能的发展已有六十余年,目前已经广泛应用到了各大领域。人工智能技术的发展应用,对我国就业方面的影响是十分引人深思的。人工智能时代下的新形势对传统行业传统岗位带来较大冲击。在未来,人工智能研发更加成熟之后,大批量的生产,成本降低,企业可以平价购入人工智能,就会导致更多劳动者失业。论文旨在研究应对人工智能对就业的冲击的对策,以此助推劳动者提高自身素质,进一步让人工智能和劳动者互相适应,和谐发展。
The development of artificial intelligence has been more than 60 years,and has been widely used in various fields.The development and application of artificial intelligence technology has a profound impact on employment in China.The new situation in the era of artificial intelligence has brought great impact on traditional positions in traditional industries.In the future,when the research and development of artificial intelligence becomes more mature,the cost of mass production will be reduced,and enterprises can purchase artificial intelligence at a fair price,which will lead to more workers losing their jobs.This paper aims to study the countermeasures against the impact of artificial intelligence on employment,so as to boost the workers to improve their own quality,and further make artificial intelligence and workers adapt to each other and develop harmoniously.
