近年来,人口老龄化问题日趋严重,老年人对养老服务的需求逐渐增多并且呈现多元化趋势。但目前养老服务呈现供给单一、供需不平衡、养老人才匮乏、服务水平不高等问题。在需求侧难以解决养老的问题状况下,可从供给侧角度对养老服务体系进行改革,促进养老服务资源配置的合理化、科学化,推动养老服务稳步发展。

In recent years,the problem of aging of the population is becoming more and more serious,and the elderly's demand for elderly care service is increasing and showing a trend of diversification.However,at present,there are problems such as single supply,unbalanced supply and demand,shortage of endowment talents and low service level.When it is difficult for the demand side to solve the problem of elderly care,the elderly care service system can be reformed from the perspective of supply side,so as to promote the rationalization and scientific allocation of elderly care resources and promote the steady development of elderly care service.
