摘要
论文构建基于工业与互联网融合的工业企业科技创新能力评价指标体系,测算了中国2010-2016年的工业企业科技创新能力。结果表明,以信息化为支撑的中国工业企业科技创新能力先大幅上涨,而后增长趋于平缓;年度工业企业科技创新能力的构成结构变化较为平稳;投入能力、转化能力对科技创新能力有着显著正效应;科技创新能力的持续提高依赖于科技创新支撑能力、产出能力的提升和互联网发展状况的改善。在此基础上,论文提出对策建议,以期为中国工业提高创新能力、发挥工业竞争优势和政府通过提升信息化管理水平驱动工业发展提供决策参考。
This paper constructs the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises based on the integration of industry and internet,and measures the scientific and technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises in China from 2010 to 2016.The results show that the scientific and technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises in China,which supported by informatization,first improved sharply,and then the improvement tended to be flat;the composition structure of the annual scientific and technological innovation capability of industrial enterprises was relatively stable;the input capability and transformation capability had a significant positive effect on the scientific and technological innovation capability;the continuous improvement of the scientific and technological innovation capability depended on the improvement of the supporting capability and output capability of the scientific and technological innovation and the improvement of internet development status.Based on this,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide decision-making reference for China's industry to improve its innovation capability,give full play to its industrial competitive advantages and government to drive industrial development by improving the level of informatization management.
