With the rapid development of the internet and the rapid increase in the number of netizens who generally pay attention to social events,it is of great significance to construct a complete information monitoring and reporting mechanism of network public opinion to improve the ability to respond to network public opinion.The paper studies the operation subject,service object,basic process,key links and institution system construction of the information monitoring and reporting mechanism of network public opinion,and provides experience for the mechanism construction of network public opinion.
