摘要
论文分析了我国正在改制的事业单位如何应用宽带薪酬制,并以其少数且跨度较大的工资范围激发员工积极性,塑造事业单位自身独特的薪酬模式,尤其是根据一人身兼多职现象描述宽带薪酬制度在事业单位应用中所展现出的弊端与优势。希望通过探讨宽带薪酬制度的应用,为科学、系统地构造一个适合事业单位自身实际与发展的恰当的薪酬制度提供一些思路,为改制中的事业单位提供理论及实践上的指导。
This paper analyzes how to apply the broadband salary system to China's public institutions that are reforming system.At the same time,the paper uses the small quantity and large span of salary range of the system to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and shape the unique salary mode of public institutions.In particular,according to the phenomenon of one person holding multiple positions,this paper describes the disadvantages and advantages of the application of broadband salary system in public institutions.It is hoped that through the discussion of the application of broadband salary system,it can provide some ideas for the scientific and systematic construction of an appropriate salary system suitable for the actual situation and development of public institutions,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the public institutions in the system reform.
