Taking the first phase asset securitization project of SL microfinance company as an example,this paper firstly introduces the motivation and process of SL microfinance company's asset securitization,then deeply studies and analyzes its special plans from the four major theories of asset securitization,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions on asset securitization of microfinance company based on the analysis of the paper.
