摘要 运用文献资料法、归纳总结法、信息分析法等方法,分析研究校园武术自身所具有的文化基因和体育基因,即“双重基因”,对青少年与课堂教学的价值研究。当前的校园武术工作已经提升到一个崭新的高度,中国武术蕴含着深厚的文化基因和体育基因,对青少年的身心健康、人格塑造具有独特的作用,是树立中国文化自信,展现武术魅力的必由之路。校园武术的体育与文化基因对青少年的成长有着深远的影响。 By means of literature review,induction and information analysis,this.paper analyzes and studies the cultural and sports genes of school wushu(martial arts),which is called,"double genes",and their value for teenagers and classroom teaching.The current school wushu work has been promoted to a new height,due to the fact that Chinese wushu contains profound cultural genes and sports genes,w hich plays a unique role in the physical and mental health of teenagers and their personality shaping.It is also the only way to build up the confidence of Chinese culture and show the charm of wushu.The sports and cultural genes of school wushu have a profound influence on the growth of teenagers.
