摘要
当前新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情仍然十分严峻,为最大限度降低新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情扩散风险,增强新型冠状病毒肺炎患者、疑似病例和预防人群的自身免疫系统功能。根据钟南山院士等“太极拳有助慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复理论”,认为“简易象形太极十三桩健身功法”,适合室内外静力调整桩法、气法和心法,通过“三法合一论”锻炼有助于新型冠状病毒患者康复。
The current epidemic situation of COVID-19 is still very grim.In order to minimize the risk of its spread and enhance the autoimmune system in patients,suspected cases and the prevention population with COVID-19,according to the Academician Zhong Nanshan and other scholars'theory:taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)could help patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,this paper proposes the simple xiangxing taiji 13-zhuang,which is suitable for indoor static adjustment of pile method,qi method and mind method.The exercise of"combining three methods into one"can help recover patients with COVID-19.
