高校思想政治理论课教学中边缘学生的成因及转化路径

摘要 高校思想政治理论课是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主阵地。思政课要实现教育目标,离不开课堂双主体的交互作用,而学生的边缘行为制约着其实效性。研究发现,大学生情感能量缺失、课堂边缘化成本低、朋辈群体的负向效应等是课堂边缘学生形成的重要原因。转化课堂边缘生,需要展示高校思政课魅力,增强学生获得感;健全学校管理制度,重塑课堂秩序;发挥"重要他人"效能,消解非理性从众行为。 The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities is the dominant position to provide college students ideological and political education. The ideological and political course can not achieve its ultimate goal without the teacher-student interaction. The marginal behavior of students in classroom limits the effectiveness of ideological and political lessons. Marginal students can often be seen in the classroom due to lack of emotion, easy access to classroom marginalization and the negative influence from peer groups. In order to transform the marginal students in the classroom, we need to turn on the charm of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities, heighten students’ sense of achievement, improve the school management system, restore the classroom order, play the role of‘important others’ and change irrational herd behaviour.
