元好问治病记佚文考

A Textual Research on Yuan Haowen’s Treatment Record

李杲《东垣医集·东垣试效方》卷三收录元好问一篇佚文,为后代医书广为征引。文中记载,蒙古定宗三年(1248)九月十七日,元好问在真定染上疽疾,李杲为之进行艾灸,加以药剂,十余日后康复。此文可以补充元好问真定之行的经历,了解元好问的生病原因,认识元好问好酒的程度,以及金元时期疽病的治疗方案。文中还记载了蒙古太宗七年(1235)七月元好问济南之行后的一场重病。

Li Gao’s Volume 3 of Dongyuan Medical Collection·Dongyuan Trial Effect contains an essay written by Yuan Haowen, which is widely cited in later medical books. According to the article, on September 17 th of the third year of Mongolia Dingzong(1248), Yuan Haowen contracted gangrene in Zhending,treated with moxibustion and medicine by Li Gao, and recovered ten days later. This article can help us supplement the experience of Yuan Haowen’s trip, understand the cause of Yuan Haowen’s illness, know about the level of his love for wine, and study the treatment plan for gangrene in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. The article also records a serious illness after the trip to Jinan on July in the seventh year of Mongolia Taizong(1235).
