摘要
有机非线性光学材料在高性能能器件的设计和制备中具有重要的应用。其中基于外界刺激响应进而实现非线性光学性能调控的有机二阶非线性光学材料具有更多的应用前景。当前,设计兼具较大非线性光学性能、较快开关速度和稳定的开关材料是研究的重点和难点。该文总结了目前报道的有机二阶非线性光学开关材料的种类及各类材料的特征,以便为研究者设计实用型高性能材料提供指导。
Organic nonlinear optical materials have important applications in the field of high-performance devices.Among them,the materials possessing the open/close behavior which can be realized through the external stimulus have more application prospects.Design of the nonlinear optical switches possessing the larger optical nonlinearity,faster switch speed and better stability is the research focus and difficulty.The kinds and the features of the present reported organic nonlinear optical switches were summarized,which may provide the important reference for the design of practical high-performance materials.
