摘要
在核反应堆中,碳/碳复合材料会受到核裂变反应产物的辐照影响,造成辐照损伤,引起材料尺寸、结构、性能等方面的变化。本论文在室温下采用30 keV的辐照能量,不同辐照剂量的He^2+离子对碳/碳复合材料进行辐照,通过偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察样品横截面的微观结构,研究发现样品存在孔隙和裂纹,样品受到辐照后,在碳纤维和热解碳之间产生缝隙。通过原子力显微镜研究样品同一区域的粗糙度,发现辐照后样品表面变得更光滑。
In nuclear reactors,carbon/carbon composites are affected by the irradiation of nuclear fission reaction products,causing irradiation damage and causing changes in material size,structure,and performance.The irradiation energy of 30 keV was used at room temperature,and the He^2+ions of different irradiation doses were used to irradiate the carbon/carbon composites.The microstructure of the cross section of the sample was observed through a polarizing microscope and a scanning electron microscope.The study found that the sample had pores and cracks.After the sample was irradiated,a gap was created between the carbon fiber and the pyrolytic carbon.Atomic force microscopy was used to study the roughness of the same area of the sample,and it was found that the surface of the sample became smoother after irradiation.
