摘要
与不含砂的多彩涂料相比,水包砂多彩涂料不需配套造型底层,可一次成型得到良好的仿石效果,施工工艺较简单,成本较低,在建筑艺术涂料领域具有重要的地位。水包砂多彩涂料的粘度和储存稳定性对其应用起到关键的影响,本文采用不同增稠剂得到的分散介质,制备得到不同系列水包砂多彩涂料,研究了分散介质中增稠剂的改变对水包砂多彩涂料体系粘度和储存稳定性的影响。
Compared with multicolor coatings without sand compound,sand-in-water multicolor coatings can form granite-like coating film by one step without texture underlayer,and the simpler application technology causes lest cost at decoration,which leads to the important role of sand-in-water multicolor coatings in architectural art coating area.The sand-in-water multicolor coatings were prepared by using different dispersion mediums prepared by different thickening agents.Furthermore,the influence of thickening agent dispersion medium on the velocity and storage was investigated.
