凹脉金花茶冲剂抗氧化活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用大孔树脂对凹脉金花茶中提取的茶多酚成分进行进一步的分离和纯化,探索最优化配方工艺,制备凹脉金花茶抗氧化冲剂。也深入开展所制备冲剂对羟基自由基(·OH)、DPPH·有机自由基和超氧阴离子(O-2·)等自由基清除率研究。所开发花茶冲剂在试验浓度下对羟基自由基(·OH)、DPPH·有机自由基和超氧阴离子(O-2·)的最大清除率分别为62.52%、85.22%、63.2%。凹脉金花茶可用于研制抗氧化冲剂,并对超氧阴离子等自由基有较好的清除能力。 The macroporous resin was used to further isolate and purify the tea polyphenols extracted from Camellia oleifera tea,and to explore the optimized formulation process to prepare Camellia Chrysantha tea antioxidant granules.A verification test was also performed on the antioxidant capacity of the prepared Camellia Chrysantha antioxidant granules,and their scavenging capabilities for hydroxyl radicals(·OH),DPPH·organic radicals,and superoxide anions(O-2·)were investigated,respectively.The maximum scavenging rates of the developed Huacha granules on hydroxyl radicals(·OH),DPPH·organic radicals,and superoxide anions(O-2·)were 62.52%,85.22%,and 63.2%,respectively.As the starting material,Camellia Chrysantha can successfully prepare antioxidant granules,and has certain scavenging ability to different free radicals,and the scavenging effect is good.
