银瓷茶罐制备及其存储黑茶品质分析 被引量:1

摘要 制备了一种陶瓷烧结用银浆,用该银浆制备了银瓷茶罐,表征了该茶罐存茶效果,以期利用银的防腐抑菌作用开发经济、安全的银瓷食品容器。银浆制备工艺中,球形银粉与片状银粉比例为3∶2,银粉质量占银浆质量的70%,玻璃粉质量占银浆质量的6%,载体质量占银浆质量的24%。确定烧结工艺为80℃干燥15 min,150℃干燥5 min,200℃干燥15 min,350℃干燥15 min,之后温度升至640℃烧结保温5 min后随炉降温。利用上述银浆制得银瓷茶罐并存放黑茶,效果良好。 Silver paste for ceramic sintering was prepared to produce silver inner-coated ceramic canister for tea storage before the storage quality was tested to explore a low cost yet safe silver coated food container based on the antiseptic effect of silver.To prepare the silver paste,the proportion of spherical silver powder to flake silver powder was 3∶2.Silver powder accounted for 70%of the paste,and the rest was made of glass powder and carrier,which accounted for 6%and 24%respectively.To sinter the paste onto the ceramic,the procedure was determined to be 15 min of drying at 80℃followed by 15 min of drying at 150℃,15 min of drying at 200℃,15 min of drying at 350℃.After 5 min of sintering at 640℃,the canister was left in the oven to let cool.It is good that silver porcelain tea pot is made by the silver slurry and the black tea is stored.The effect is good.
