木棉花提取物对酪氨酸酶抑制作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 将木棉花整朵干燥后分离出雄蕊、花托、花瓣和带雄蕊花托四部位,各部位分别用75%乙醇和蒸馏水提取,另雄蕊进行总黄酮提取及30%流份和60%流份制备,从新鲜马铃薯中提取酪氨酸酶(TYR),以L-酪氨酸(L-Tyr)为底物,熊果苷做阳性对照,采用分光光度计对不同部位提取物进行抑制酶活性的评价。研究发现乙醇提取物和总黄酮提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制效果优于熊果苷,其抑制率高达78%和91%。 The whole flower of kapok was dried and the stamen,torus,petal and torus with stamen were separated.Each part was extracted with 75%ethanol and distilled water,and the stamen was extracted with 30%and 60%of total flavonoids.Tyrosinase(TYR)was extracted from fresh potato,l-tyrosine(l-tyr)was used as the substrate,arbutin was used as the positive control,and the enzyme activity of extracts from different parts was evaluated by spectrophotometer.It was found that ethanol extract and total flavonoids extract had better inhibitory effect on tyrosinase than arbutin,with the inhibitory rate of 78%and 91%.
