某焦炉大修技术分析及节能效果

摘要 焦炉生产过程中其炭化室墙容易产生变形、裂缝及溶洞等损坏现象,焦炉服役一定时间后常常需要大修。焦炉吊顶翻修是焦炉大修方法之一,文中通过吊顶翻修过程中炉体降温、吊顶、旧墙拆除及新墙砌筑、烘炉升温等施工环节的描述,分析并总结了焦炉吊顶翻修的技术要点以及需要注意的问题;对焦炉吊顶翻修前后的能耗数据进行了对比,对翻修后的节能效果进行了简要说明。 During the process of coking production,the wall of the carbonization chamber is prone to damage like deformation,cracks,melting-hole and so on.The suspended-ceiling renovation of coke oven is one of the methods of coke oven overhaul.The technical key points and the problems needing attention in the process of the renovation were analyzed and summarized through the description of oven cooling,suspended-ceiling,demolition of old wall,masonry of new wall and heating of oven,etc.The energy consumption data before and after the renovation were compared,and the energy saving effect was briefly explained.
