产业链组织模式对农户农药使用行为的影响分析——以福建省茶农为例

Impact of Industrial Chain Organization on Tea Farmers’Pesticide Application Behavior:Taking Fujian Province as an Example

以提高农产品量安全、控制农户农药使用行为为目标,以我国茶叶主产省福建茶叶产区茶农的实地调研数据为基础,实证分析产业链组织对茶农农药使用行为的影响及作用机理。通过构建理论研究框架,运用计量模型分析产业链组织对茶农农药使用行为的影响。结果表明:一是加入产业链组织相比未加入产业链组织对茶农农药使用行为有显著的影响且更具有安全生产行为;二是不同产业链组织模式对茶农农药使用行为的影响不同,合作社组织模式较企业主导型的生产基地组织模式相对而言,是更有效的产业链组织模式。最后,提出在制定促进农户规范农药使用行为政策时,应注重引导农户加入产业链组织、保障茶叶安全生产的政策建议。

Aiming to improve the safety of agricultural products and control farmers’application of pesticides,based on the field survey data of tea farmers in the tea producing areas in Fujian,China’s main tea producing province,the paper empirically analyzed themechanism of industrial chain organizations influence and how it affects tea farmers in applying pesticides.A theoretical research framework was constructed,a hypothesisproposed,and empirical research conductedwith the help of measurement models.The conclusion mainly consists of two aspects.Firstly,the impact on tea farmers’pesticide application behavior is significant if they have joined the industry chain organization.These farmers have more dependable production behavior than those who have not joined the industrial chain organization.Secondly,different industrial chain organization models have distinct effect in this regard with the cooperatives being more effective than the enterprise dominated production bases.Finally,corresponding policy recommendations were put forward to ensure safe production of tea.
