市场化介入对组织化小农户经营效率的影响——基于黑龙江省大豆合作社的面板数据

Impact of Market Intervention on Operating Efficiency of Organized Small Farmers:Based on Panel Data of Soybean Cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province

基于黑龙江省大豆合作社的面板数据,利用SFA-Tobit模型的两阶段法,测算组织化小农户的经营效率,并以农业社会化服务为例,分析市场化介入对组织化小农户经营效率的影响情况。结果表明:(1)农业市场化可以在适度农业组织化基础上进一步提升小农户与现代农业的衔接效率;(2)研究区域组织化小农户的平均经营效率为0.790,农业市场化介入正向影响组织化小农户的经营效率,其中农业生产性服务对组织化小农户经营效率的提升效果较为明显。因此,相关政府部门应当推动小农户在适度组织化发展的基础上,积极引入农业市场化衔接方式,以实现小农户与现代农业的有机衔接。

Based on the panel data of soybean cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province,the two-stage method of SFA-Tobit Model was used to measure the operating efficiency of organizedsmall farmers.Taking agricultural social services as an example,the impact of market intervention on the operating efficiency of organizedsmall farmers was analyzed.The results show that:(1)Agricultural marketization can further improve the efficiency of the connection between small farmers and modern agriculture on the basis of appropriate agricultural organization.(2)The average operating efficiency of organized small-scale farmers is 0.790 in survey region.The intervention of agricultural marketization has a positive impact on the operating efficiency of organized small-scale farmers.Among them,agricultural productive services have a more obvious effect on improving the operating efficiency of organized smallfarmers.Therefore,relevant government departments should promote small farmers in the moderate organizational development and actively introduce agricultural industrialization in order to achieve the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture.
