摘要
在加快推进"双一流"建设的同时,部分高校出现了过度追逐项目、论文等显性指标,忽视人才培养、科学研究等要素协调发展的现象。出现该问题的原因是学科建设主体没有充分理解和认识到学科建设中各个要素之间的关系。文章以71所一流学科高校公开的学科建设方案为研究对象,运用政策文本分析和社会网络分析的研究方法,对学科建设中人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、师资队伍、文化传承和国际交流六大要素的关系,进行了宏观的定量分析。研究结果显示,人才培养和国际交流处于整个学科建设要素关系网的中心,并且形成了"人才培养-科学研究-社会服务""人才培养-科学研究-国际交流"两个紧密的关系网。
In the process of accelerating"double first-class"construction,some of universities excessively pursued dominant indicators such as projects and papers but neglected the coordinated development among talent training and other factors.The reason for this problem is that the subjects of discipline construction have not fully understood and recognized the relationships between the various elements of discipline construction.This article targets public discipline construction strategies from 71 universities with world-class disciplines as the research object,utilizes research methods of policy text analysis and social network analysis,and carries out the quantitative analysis from a macro perspective to reveal relationships between the six elements of talent training,research work,social service,teaching staff,cultural heritage and international exchange in the discipline construction.The results show that talent training and international exchange are at the center of the whole elements network of discipline construction,and there are two close networks of relationships:talent training-research work-social service,and talent training-research work-international exchange.
