本文论述了当今信息时代对高职院校图书馆员素质的要求,通过对目前高职院校图书馆馆员结构、素质的分析,指出图书馆员素质存在的问题和原因,提出了如何提高图书馆馆员素质的方法,从而适应信息时代对高职院校图书馆员素质的要求,更好地为教学和读者服务。

This paper discusses the quality requirements for librarians in higher vocational colleges in the information age.By analyzing the structure and quality of librarians in higher vocational colleges,this paper points out the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward the methods to improve librarians quality and better serve the teaching and readers of the college.
