新时代高校共青团育人功能的研究--以武汉轻工大学经管学院为例

A study on the educational function of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the New Era——Taking Wuhan Polytechnic University as an example

为了贯彻落实共青团中央有关加强基层团组织建设的工作要求,探索新时代高校共青团育人功能最优化的实现方法,本文以武汉轻工大学经管学院在学生会中建设“活力团支部”的创新实践为对象,对新时代高校共青团的思想育人、组织育人、实践育人、文化育人功能进行了研究,提出了提升高校共青团育人实效的实践路径和优化建议,验证了高校学生会团支部对拓展共青团育人功能具有积极作用,对新时代高校共青团工作改革具有一定的参考意义。

In order to implement the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League on Strengthening the construction of grass-roots league organizations,and to explore ways to optimize the educational function of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper takes the innovative practice of the Wuhan Polytechnic University School of Economics and management in building a"vigorous league branch"in the Student Union as an example,this paper studies the functions of ideological education,organizational education,practical education and Cultural Education of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new era,and advances some practical paths and optimization suggestions for improving the actual effect of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,it is verified that the Youth League branch of the Student Union plays an active role in expanding the function of educating the Youth League and has certain reference significance to the reform of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities in the new era.
