高职航海学生上船实习的思考

On-Board Navigation Skills Training of Maritime Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着国家对航海事业的大力发展,船舶大型化及现代化的发展将逐步淘汰专业知识欠缺的海员。职业教育担负着航海人才培养的的重任,但高职院校课程安排紧凑,实习用船缺乏,如何开展航海实训是亟待解决的难题。本文在校企合作、船员教育与适任考试体系改革、教学与考证等方面进行了研究,以期能解决高职航海学生上船实习的问题。

With rapid development of navigation industry,the development and modernization of large-scale ship will gradually eliminate the seafarers who lack professional knowledge.Vocational education is responsible for the training of navigation talents,but the curriculum arrangement of higher vocational colleges is compact,and there is a lack of practice ship,so how to carry out on-board navigation skills training is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the school-enterprise cooperation,crew education and competency examination system reform,teaching and examination are discussed.
