摘要
本文结合现阶段国内外智能制造的内涵,以湖北科峰传动有限公司减速机齿圈系列产品为加工载体,构建了一条智能制造生产线。该智能制造生产线的设计从分析减速机KPX115系列多级齿圈的产品工艺入手,到针对齿圈的多工位自动化装夹方案实现,再对工艺进行自动化改进与智慧工厂设备合理化分布,使生产线更符合智能化标准。最终通过试验加工,并对加工样件进行三坐标精度检测,验证该智能制造生产线工艺设计的可行性。
Based on the connotation of intelligent manufacturing,this essay discussed the design of an intelligent manufacturing production line with the gear ring series products of Hubei Kefeng transmission Co.,Ltd.as the processing carrier.The design of the intelligent manufacturing production line starts from the analysis of the product process of the reducer kpx115 series multistage ring gear,to the realization of the automatic clamping scheme for the ring gear,and then the automatic improvement of the process is carried out to rationalize the distribution of the equipment in intelligent factory,so that the production line can better meet the intelligent standard.Finally,the feasibility of the intelligent manufacturing production line design is verified by the experimental processing and the three-dimensional precision detection of the processed samples.
