摘要
对番茄果实成熟过程中色素含量进行检测,并利用实时定量PCR技术对色素合成相关基因的表达进行分析.结果表明,番茄果实成熟过程中,叶绿素含量逐渐降低,花青素含量变化不显著,番茄红素及类黄酮含量显著升高,大部分调控色素合成的转录因子基因、类胡萝卜素代谢途径以及类黄酮代谢途径相关基因在果实破色后呈现先上升后下降的趋势.
The pigments content during tomato fruit ripening was detected.The expression of the genes involved in pigments biosynthesis was analyzed by qRT-PCR as well.The results indicated that,during tomato fruit ripening,the content of chlorophyll gradually decreased,the change of anthocyanin content was not significantly,and the content of lycopene and flavonoid increased significantly.The expressions of most of transcription factor genes involved in regulating pigments biosynthesis as well as the genes involved in carotenoid and flavonoid metabolic pathways increased firstly and then decreased in tomato fruit after breaker stage.
