摘要
针对井用潜水泵在实际应用过程中存在运行效率低、设备振动大、磨损严重的问题,以后倾斜式叶轮和空间导叶组成的潜水泵为研究对象,在分析潜水泵应用现状的基础上,开展了潜水泵的工业性试验研究,并以效率为目标函数优化设计了潜水泵的叶轮和导叶,验证了本次优化设计的可行性和有效性,为后续提升潜水泵的效率、降低其维修成本提供了方向。
In view of the problems of low operating efficiency,large equipment vibration and serious wear in the practical application process of well submersible pump,the submersible pump composed of inclined impeller and space guide vane is studied in the future.based on the analysis of the application status of submersible pump,the industrial test study of submersible pump is carried out.
