复杂煤层下配套采煤工艺的设备选型

摘要 针对复杂难采工作面煤层倾角变化大、煤层厚度变化大等因素导致煤层开采率低而造成煤炭浪费的问题,结合老窑沟煤业16128工作面地质水文、顶底板情况和煤层特点,分析了该类工作面综采设备的选型原则,并结合选型原则介绍了对工作面采煤机、刮板输送机以及液压支架的选型,为确保复杂煤层的开采效率奠定了基础。 In view of the problems of low coal mining rate and coal waste caused by the large change of coal dip angle and coal seam thickness in complex difficult mining face,the selection principle of fully mechanized mining equipment is analyzed on the basis of geological hydrology,roof and floor condition and coal seam characteristics of 16128 working face,and the selection of coal miner,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support is introduced in combination with the selection principle,which lays the foundation for ensuring the mining efficiency of complex coal seam.
