摘要
建立了60 t门式起重机有限元模型,采用反应谱法,分析了门机在地震工况下的结构抗震特性,得到了位移、应力及大车轮压值。结果表明,此门机在地震载荷作用下,强度刚度均满足设计规范及技术规格书的要求。
In this paper,the finite element model of 60t portal crane is established,and the anti-seismic characteristics of the portal crane structure under earthquake conditions are analyzed by using the response spectrum method.The displacement,stress and cart wheel force are obtained.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the portal crane meet the requirements of the design specification and technical specification under the action of seismic load.
