刮板输送机张力监测系统的应用研究

摘要 根据刮板输送机运行时的实际工况,提出了一种解决传统链环张力监测装置需要定期更换电源模块,影响张力监测准确性的基于压电振动俘能的刮板输送机自动张力监测装置。对张力监测原理、监测装置布置结构以及压电振动俘能装置的工作原理、布置结构等进行了研究,结果表明:链传动系统工作时的最大张力约为125k N,其运行阻力约为13 k N,与刮板输送机运行实际工况一致,验证了该监测装置的可靠性。 According to the actual operating conditions of scraper conveyor,a new automatic tension monitoring device based on piezoelectric vibration energy capture is proposed to solve the need of changing the power module regularly in traditional chain-ring tension monitoring device,which affects the accuracy of tension monitoring.The principle of tension monitoring,the arrangement structure of the monitoring device,the working principle and the arrangement structure of the piezoelectric vibration energy capture device are studied.The results show that the maximum tension of the chain transmission system is about 125 kN,and its running resistance is about 13 kN,which is consistent with the actual operating conditions of the scraper conveyor.
