摘要
针对目前MWD系列矿用挖掘机的摇臂液压控制系统采用多泵供油、阀外合流方式控制,摇臂下降时存在着冲击载荷大、摇臂调整速度慢的缺陷,提出了一种采用电磁比例控制阀实现对摇臂动作进行控制的系统。该控制回路具有能量回收功能,能够有效降低挖掘机摇臂工作时的压力冲击,提升摇臂动作速度和稳定性,根据实际应用表明,新控制系统作用下掘机摇臂的下降时间比传统控制方式降低了45.9%,能量消耗比优化前降低了约17%,极大地提升了挖掘机工作时的效率和经济性。
Aiming at the current hydraulic control system of rocker arm of MWD series of mine excavators,which is controlled by multi-pump oil supply and valve external confluence mode,and has the defects of large impact load and slow adjusting speed of rocker arm when the rocker arm drops,a control system of rocker arm action is proposed.stability,according to the practical application,the falling time of the rocker arm of the excavator under the action of the new control system is 45.9%lower than that of the traditional control mode,and the energy consumption is about 17%lower than before optimization,which greatly improves the efficiency and economy of the excavator when it works.
