基于粉尘源头控制的煤炭运输车辆降尘装备研究

煤矿中的粉尘不仅会对人体呼吸道产生威胁,并且在地下作业具有爆炸性,所以必须通过一定的措施在煤矿作业时进行降尘。首先阐述了粉尘来源及分布,研究降尘设备组成及其工作原理,并分析该装置的功能特点。基于“人-机-环-管”四位一体的粉尘源头控制煤炭运输车辆降尘,不仅精准,从粉尘源头进行了控制,而且大大提高了降尘效率。
