摘要
通常情况下,矿井提升机的运行采用恒压力制动系统进行控制,当出现紧急制动情况时无法满足快速、安全的制动要求,而且目前的恒压力控制逻辑也存在着控制精确性差、制动时震动冲击强烈,给煤矿井下生产安全造成严重的影响。基于此,采用仿真分析系统对提升机的恒减速制动特性进行研究,建立了制动控制仿真分析模型,对制动过程进行优化分析,结果表明,采用模糊PID控制算法能够有效增加提升机制动控制系统的控制精度和稳定性。
The operation of mine hoist is controlled by constant pressure braking system,which can not meet the requirements of fast and safe braking when emergency braking occurs,and the current constant pressure control logic also has poor control accuracy and strong vibration impact during braking,which has a serious impact on the safety of underground production in coal mines.Based on this,the simulation analysis system is used to study the constant deceleration braking characteristics of the hoist,the simulation analysis model of braking control is established,and the braking process is optimized.The results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm can effectively increase the control accuracy and accuracy of the lifting mechanism dynamic control system.
