煤矿井下采煤机姿态调整牵引机构的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有采煤机单列调姿机构工作时存在的冲击振动大、侧向力大,影响采煤机工作稳定性的缺陷,提出了一种新的基于液压浮动支撑的调姿牵引机构,并利用仿真分析软件对其工作时的动态特性进行了研究,结果表明新的调整牵引机构能够显著地改善采煤机运行时的受力,极大地改善了采煤机的运行特性。 Aiming at the defects of large impact vibration and large lateral force,which affect the stability of shearer,a new type of shearer based on hydraulic floating support is proposed.The dynamic characteristics of shearer are studied by using simulation analysis software.The results show that the new traction mechanism can significantly improve the force of shearer during operation and greatly improve the operation characteristics of shearer.
