摘要
为了解决放顶煤液压支架在特殊地质条件下出现结构件开裂和支架压死等问题,以虎龙沟煤矿81505工作面为工程背景,针对该工作面特殊的地质条件和煤岩体特性,分析影响放顶煤液压支架不稳定的主要因素,对ZF13000/25/38D型低位放顶煤液压支架的稳定性展开研究。结果表明:通过对支架顶梁柱窝焊接新结构、合理增加前柱的工作阻力和改变四连体结构的运动轨迹等方面的优化改进,可以有效解决顶煤难冒落、大块煤多、支架受冲击力大等关键技术难题,从而提高支架的稳定性,并为类似地质条件的煤矿企业提供参考和借鉴价值。
Based on the engineering background of 81505 working face of Hulonggou Coal Mine,the main factors affecting the instability of hydraulic support for caving coal are analyzed.The stability of ZF13000/25/38D type low caving coal hydraulic support is studied.The results show that the key technical problems,such as difficult caving,large bulk coal and large impact force,can be effectively solved by optimizing and improving the new structure,increasing the working resistance of the front column and changing the track of the quadruple structure.
