摘要
以ZF12000/22/42型放顶煤液压支架为研究对象,借助Solid Works建立该液压支架的掩护梁,采用有限元分析法,对掩护梁结构强度进行仿真分析,同时根据计算结果对掩护梁进行优化改进。改进后液压支架具有更高的结构强度,能更好满足设备的支撑要求。
In this paper, ZF12000/22/42 type caving coal hydraulic support is taken as the research object. With the help of Solidworks, the shield beam of the hydraulic support is established. By using the finite element analysis method, the structural strength of the shield beam is simulated and analyzed. At the same time, according to the calculation results, the shield beam is optimized and improved. After the improvement, the hydraulic support has higher structural strength and can better meet the support requirements of the equipment, which improves the efficiency of the hydraulic support.
