矿用带式输送机减速器故障诊断的研究

Study on Fault Diagnosis of Mine Belt Conveyor Reducer

针对煤矿带式输送输送机齿轮减速器故障诊断方法在实践应用过程中存在的不足,提出了采用矿用便携式测振记录仪基于振动数据监测的煤矿井下带式输送机齿轮减速器的故障诊断方法。将该方法在虎龙沟煤业有限公司81505工作面DSJ1200带式输送机上的SSX200-18A行星减速器进行了试验实践,通过实践表明该速器的故障诊断方法是可行有效的,具有较好的市场推广价值。

Aiming at the shortcomings of the fault diagnosis method of belt conveyor gear reducer in coal mine in the process of practical application,the fault diagnosis method of belt conveyor gear reducer in coal mine underground based on vibration data monitoring by portable vibration measuring recorder is put forward.This method has been tested on the SSX200-18A planetary reducer on the belt conveyor DSJ1200 the working face of Hulonggou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd..The verification shows that the fault diagnosis method of the speeder is feasible and effective and has good market promotion value.
